I received by Bachelor's of Business Administration in the Management of Computer Systems from UW-Whitewater and my Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership Studies from Marquette. I worked for Northwestern Mutual Life for 15 years and managed teams responsible for technology research, enterprise systems, and the field usability process. I later served as Executive Director for an Education Foundation, Director of College and Career Readiness for the SDNB and am now serving as the Strategic Advisor to the Superintendent.

I am passionate about the role of Academic and Career Planning as it relates to mentoring students on how to achieve the personal, academic, social and career goals they set for themselves.

K12 talent development is a critical part of our work. Our students are our future innovators, job creators, job seekers and community members. It is our collective work to ensure that all students graduate effectively positioned to navigate the worlds of employment and post-secondary education and/or training so that they can reach their full potential.
